System Admins and Support Personnel

Storm Technologies Group, LLC is a Web and data services provider in business since 2001. We are currently looking for Level I, II & III support personnel familiar w/ Windows server technologies.

Outstanding customer support and service is the way we operate and we will only be utilizing professional, qualified individuals.

Responsibilities:
-Responding to clients via Helpdesk application
-Server maintenance and installation
-Proactive mgmt of systems and resources

Requirements:
-Web hosting knowledge
Preferred: ASP, .Net, Helm, IIS, MS SQL 2000 & MS SQL 2005, MySQL, PHP
-Trouble-shooting skills
-Excellent communication skills
-Valid references

Payment:
-Hourly rate and or salaried positions available

We also need some writing, editing and little jobs done and I am willing to exchange services for a Reseller account in a clustered server environment at the Equinix (VA) facility.
